The RNLI is an incredible British institution. In Cornwall, the RNLI go to the aid of all those in peril on the water. The crew are all volunteers and risk their lives for others on a regular basis. Cornwall's coastline is about 422 miles in total and therefore a huge area to patrol.

Some years ago we flew to the Isles of Scilly and passed over the Sennen Lifeboat heading out into the vast sea. It was a tiny but bright fleck of orange, heading out into the unknown.

I painted this one to reflect all that the RNLI do for us all, without judgement,

Beautifully mounted, ready for framing.
