The Colours of Herm. This acrylic painting is built up with multiple layers and washes which give it it's depth of colour, and causes it to shift and change in different light. Herm is one of my favourite places in the world and has been described as a gem set within a turquoise sea. It's a unique island and holds a special place in my heart. I'm delighted that this painting has found such a lovely home because it was difficult to let this one go!
